Electronic Commission offers the following benefits:

- Choose how often you get paid—weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly.
- Receive payments through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) with no minimum payment amount.
- Use our online Symetra Commission Statement as your single source for viewing, printing and downloading your commission data.
How do I enroll in or change my Electronic Commission?
Simply complete our Electronic Commission form and fax to 1-866-305-3253.
If I enroll in Electronic Commission, will I still get a paper statement in the mail?
No, but you will have unlimited access to viewing and printing your statement online, and you'll be able to download your Commission information into a spreadsheet.
What payment frequencies does Symetra Financial offer with Electronic Commission?
You have a choice of weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly.
What's my user name and password?
Contact Agency Services at 1-800-210-1106, option 4 from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pacific time for assistance with security access.
Will my information remain confidential?
Yes. Electronic Commission forms are located on Symetra's secure Internet site and all information submitted on the forms is kept confidential. That includes your email address, which will only be used by Symetra and will never be shared, rented or sold.
